Orbiting Jupiter, by Gary D. Schmidt

Hii everyone!

SUPRISE SUPRISE! a random review from me here since i forgot to post last week🍀 . Its been awhile since i read this book . With all the changes in my account and the new bookclub i just never got the the point where i made a review on this one. . Orbiting jupiter is a story about Joseph who finds himself in a juvenile facility. He gets placed in a home with a farmers family where he learns to open up and not be scared. Here he feels what it is like to be loved by someone and to have a best friend. When his behaviour and emotional state gets better and better the hurt of losing his only hope, the one he would do anything for kills him. So he starts a search. A search for his only love, his daughter. Jupiter.

. Oh gosh how this book thore me apart! It was really short tho and I would have loved for it to be a little longer and for josephs search to last a lityle longer. But this story about a 14 year old father and his love for a daughter he could not raise. It is beautiful. Joseph has suffered from his own past and you really see that, and how he overcomes it is a hard process. I loved this book a lot, but as i said it could've lasted a little longer.

. Orbiting jupiyer is sold for €9 and was writter by Gary D. Smith. . All the love, E
